Terms & Conditions
You will receive a full terms and conditions schedule upon signing the license agreement. However, please find the key items below:
Ensure the unit is securely locked to prevent unauthorised entry when you are not present.
The goods stored must be your property, or you must have the authority to store them if owned by someone else.
You may not store perishable goods, living creatures, flammable or combustible items, explosives, chemicals, asbestos, potentially damaging materials, items emitting odours or fumes, illegal substances, or compressed gasses.
Do not engage in activities that could affect insurance premiums, cause a nuisance, alter the unit’s surfaces, leave waste or refuse, or cause damage.
Payments are considered made once we receive the funds. If a cheque or standing order is dishonoured, we may charge a £15 administrative fee.
If payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to change the lock and sell the goods to offset the money owed.
Pay the deposit upon signing the agreement. It will be returned within 21 days after the agreement ends, minus any outstanding fees or costs for repairs and cleaning.
Ensure the unit is suitable for storing your goods.
We do not provide insurance for your goods. You are responsible for ensuring they are insured for their replacement value.
Our liability for any uninsured loss is limited to £100.
The agreement expires on the end date, with a minimum of 7 days’ written notice. Immediate termination can occur if a breach is not remedied within 14 days of notification.
Examine your goods carefully upon removal and report any loss or damage as soon as possible.
